I hate cooking.  I think its a big fat waste of time. I don’t know how spices work and I’m too lazy to figure it out.  I  hate following recipes.  Basically, I’m a disgrace to my Cape-Malay/Indian heritage.  What I do is probably not called cooking, but its usually quick and easy, and quite tasty (at least I think so).   What you’ll find here are some of the things I eat.  Quick, easy, and pretty wholesome.  It has to be because years of eating badly messed up my digestion, so while I go off track alot (cakes, chips, chocolates …. blah), eating the stuff I’ll post about on this blog always fixes it all up again.
